Auto-renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends. The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
Free trials
If you don’t cancel before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription. We remind you the day before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited if you buy a subscription.
How to cancel
- iPhone/iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › OMG Brain › Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › OMG Brain › Cancel
You keep PRO until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.
Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and their refund policies apply. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your Google Play order history.
Restoring purchases
On a new device, open Me › Settings › Restore purchase while signed in to the same store account.
