How do I cancel my subscription?
iPhone/iPad: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › OMG Brain › Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play › profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › OMG Brain › Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
I paid but PRO isn’t unlocked
Open the app › Me › Settings › Restore purchase. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them: reportaproblem.apple.com for Apple, or your Google Play order history for Android.
I lost my progress or streak
Progress is tied to your account. If you created one, sign in with the same method. Guest progress lives on the device and is lost if the app is deleted.
How are scores calculated?
Each game measures speed and accuracy. Your skill scores compare your results with other players in your age group. Scores are for fun and self-tracking, not clinical measurement.
Is the IQ test a real IQ test?
No. It’s an IQ-style puzzle set for entertainment. It is not a standardised or clinical intelligence assessment.
How do I turn off notifications?
In the app: Me › Settings › Notifications. Or in your phone’s system settings for OMG Brain.
