OMG Studios (“we”) makes OMG Brain. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We do not sell your personal data.
1. What we collect

2. How we use it
- Run the app and save your progress
- Personalise your daily workout and difficulty
- Process subscriptions and restore purchases
- Fix bugs and improve games (analytics, crash reports)
- Send reminders you turned on
- Show ads to free users
Legal bases (EU/UK): contract (running the service), legitimate interests (security, improving the app) and consent (analytics, personalised ads, marketing).
3. Who we share it with
Only service providers that work for us under contract: cloud hosting (Google Firebase), analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics), subscription management (RevenueCat) and, for free users, ad networks ([AD NETWORKS]). We may disclose data if the law requires it.
4. Ads & tracking
Free users see ads. On iOS we ask permission before using your advertising ID. You can turn off personalised ads at any time in Me › Settings › Privacy & data. PRO subscribers see no ads apart from optional reward videos.
5. Your rights & choices

- Withdraw consent for analytics or personalised ads at any time
- Complain to your local data protection authority
6. Children
OMG Brain is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). We don’t knowingly collect their data. Users under 18 never receive personalised ads. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request, except where law requires us to keep purchase records. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Our servers are in the European Union; transfers outside the EU use Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Changes
We’ll notify you in the app before significant changes take effect.
