These terms are an agreement between you and OMG Studios. By using OMG Brain you agree to them.
1. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13. Keep your sign-in details secure. You’re responsible for activity on your account.
2. Not medical advice
Games, scores and tests are for entertainment and practice. They are not medical, psychological or clinical assessments, are not a standardised measure of intelligence, and do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have concerns about your health, talk to a qualified professional.
3. Subscriptions & purchases
Paid features are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple or Google. See Subscription terms for trials, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
4. Virtual items
Coins and gems are a limited licence to use in the app. They have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred or refunded, except where the law requires.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or choose offensive names. We may reset scores, remove leaderboard entries or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Our content
The app, games, artwork and text belong to OMG Studios. You may use them only within the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
8. Ending & changes
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms and will notify you in the app; continuing to use the app means you accept the update.
