Color Clash

About the game

A colour word appears on screen, written in a different colour: the word RED might be printed in blue. Your job is to tap the colour of the ink, not the colour the word names.

Reading is automatic, so your brain wants to answer with the word. Holding that urge back and answering with the ink instead trains focus and self-control, the same skill you use to ignore distractions.

How to play

  1. A colour word appears in the middle of the screen.
  2. Look at the colour of the letters and ignore what the word says.
  3. Tap the button that matches the ink colour.
  4. Get as many right as you can before the 60 seconds run out.
